Use of the Services is at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpSynk shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpSynk and Coretus Technologies from any claims arising from:
